How do I set up an account?
It’s easy. As a new customer, when you add a product to your shopping cart you will have the option to “proceed to checkout” or to “continue shopping”. When you click “checkout”, you will go to a page with a choice between “New Customers” or “Returning Customers”. If you are a new customer, you simply click “Continue” and fill in the requested information under “New Customer Registration”. Once the checkout process has been completed, now your account information is safely saved in our database. The next time you return to CircleBaby.com, you will login as a “Returning Customer”.

What are my Payment Options?
Circle Baby currently accepts VISA and MASTER CARD credit cards, and Paypal Express Checkout. You can safely enter your credit card number via our secure server, which encrypts all submitted information via SSL.

If for some reason you are able to find one of our products offered online for less than our total price (product cost + shipping cost), let us know and we will gladly match that price for you or refund the difference (if you find the price within 7 days after purchase)!

Terms and Conditions:
• The comparison applies to authorized retailers in the continental U.S. that have the identical product in-stock and the product is priced accurately. Auctions or auction sites are NOT included.
• Comparisons must include the product price (including prices for custom finish, materials, upholstery, etc.) plus shipping costs.

Will I be taxed?
Circle Baby is required by law to charge sales tax on orders SHIPPED TO New York state addresses, which is calculated and itemized during the online ordering process. No sales tax will be applied to orders shipped to addresses in other states.

Shipping


How long will it take for my order to ship?
Upon approval and verification of credit card information, orders will be processed for shipment. Inconsistent data and billing information may also delay your order. Certain orders may require special processing due to limited quantities on particular items. Circle Baby will notify customers who have placed orders for these “out of stock” items. On average, most items are shipped within 1 week. However, some items have longer lead times, including custom orders that may take up to 14 weeks. Each product page shows “Estimated” shipping times based on stocked quantities or custom, made-to-order manufacturing processes. These dates are estimates only and Circle Baby cannot be held responsible for additional delays due to manufacturing delays or shipping carriers. How and where do you ship?
Circle Baby ships anywhere in the continental United States.
Deliveries to the 48 contiguous states will be made via UPS or by other common carrier depending on the overall weight of your order.
Currently, Circle Baby offers FREE SHIPPING on orders of $99 or more for all free shipping items. For any items that do not have free shipping, it will be noted on the product page and shipping costs will be provided during check-out. Free shipping only applies to the continental United States.
Any shipping costs are calculated for you during the checkout process. Circle Baby may offer shipping specials advertised on the site (like “Free Shipping” for any orders over $99), the calculations for those shipping specials will be calculated during the order process. We cannot deliver to P.O. Boxes. You must provide a street address. Unless otherwise specified with "White Glove Service" on the product page, Circle Baby does not provide installation, assembly or physical delivery of furniture into residences or businesses. Installation, assembly or physical delivery of furniture into residences or businesses may be available through the shipping company. Any costs for installation, assembly or physical delivery of furniture into residences or businesses are the responsibility of the purchaser and not Circle Baby, unless otherwise specified with "White Glove Service" on the product page. Some Circle Baby furniture requires some assembly.
For larger items, please specify any special delivery instructions on in the "Special Notes" area during checkout. Let us know about narrow streets, staircases in apartment buildings, etc. Some delivery companies may charge more if there are abnormal shipping/delivery circumstances. What levels of service are offered for large item deliveries?
Certain items available on Circle Baby are required to be shipped via a 3rd party “Freight” carrier, because they are too heavy or require special handling that standard delivery carriers are unable to manage. If your purchase will be delivered via a 3rd Party service, you will be contacted by the delivery Company via telephone, 1-5 days prior to the delivery to schedule an appointment and discuss the details of your shipment. You will need to be present to sign for the item.

Unless otherwise specified on your order as: “Silver Delivery Service”, “White Glove Gold Delivery” or “White Glove Platinum Delivery”, all large order deliveries, shipping via 3rd party carriers are brought to the curbside only.
Rates include "Bronze Service": 2-person delivery, inside the threshold, stair carries (up to two (2) flights prior to the threshold). If any piece weighs more than 300 lbs. or pieces are greater than four, shipment will only be available for delivery to the First Dry Area or Garage. Shipper’s palletized or crated merchandise will be delivered to the First Dry Area or Garage only.

Rates for "Silver Service" include inside placement and two flights of stairs.
Rates for "Gold Service" include inside placement, two flights of stairs, unpacking, debris removal, and set-up limited to 15 minutes (and no usage of tools).

Are your shipments insured against damage?
Yes. Every shipment is insured against damage and we request that you carefully inspect your merchandise upon receipt and notify us immediately if you notice any damage due to transit. To successfully expedite any damage claim, you must keep the original packing material that the item(s) arrived in and print the words, "Damaged Upon Arrival" next to where you sign for the merchandise. Digital or traditional photographs can also be very helpful tools in assisting us to expedite a damage claim.

Returns & Exchanges
What if I am not completely satisfied with my purchase?
We want you to be happy with your new product! Customer satisfaction is very important to us so we extend a generous return policy to accommodate your returns as best we can.
For most items*, if you are unsatisfied with your purchase for any reason, Circle Baby will be happy to process a return for you with a 20% restocking fees. Before returning an item, please contact Circle Baby Support to obtain return instructions. Items must be unused and unassembled, in their original condition, and in their original packaging, complete with all tags, instructions, and insert. Unless otherwise specified by Circle Baby, all returns must be shipped back using the same method it was shipped (UPS, Freight, White Glove, etc.). Circle Baby will provide you with detailed shipping instructions, including where to ship the items. If you are uncertain about any of the return details, please email Circle Baby Support.
(*Exceptions are products that are custom made, which are boldly denoted on the individual product pages).

The return must be post-marked within 14 days of receiving the item. If the return is not due to damaged merchandise, you will be responsible for the shipping cost back to Circle Baby (or the manufacturer). Please note that for items that include free shipping, customers will be responsible for round-trip shipping costs for any returns that are not damaged or incorrect.

Please be aware that furniture is highly susceptible to damage during transit. We take great care to pack shipments so that they will arrive safely. You may have to provide supplementary packing materials if the outer carton has been worn during the original trip out to you. If you are returning the item, please ship with a carrier that provides tracking numbers and request insurance to ensure safe return. All items must be received in new condition to fully credit you for the return or exchange. Circle Baby cannot accept collect deliveries (COD’s).

Credit card orders will receive refunds in the form of a credit to your credit card. Once we receive your return, please allow 2 weeks for processing. You will be refunded the full purchase price, including tax, less any restocking fee. Some of our products are offered with free shipping. Please be aware that if you return one of these products, our outbound shipping costs to your shipping address will be deducted from your return refund.

What if my order is incorrect, defective or damaged?
If you have received an item that has been damaged during shipment, or is an incorrect order, please contact Circle Baby Support immediately. Photos are often required and always suggested so that a claim may be made with the shipping company. Replacement parts are shipped immediately upon receipt of a damage claim.

Be sure to inspect all packages for damage before signing for the package. If damage is visible, reject the shipment, be sure the driver notes the damage and contact Circle Baby Support as soon as possible. We will file a damage claim with the shipper, pick up the damaged item or ship a replacement or replacement parts as soon as possible. If the item(s) sent was incorrect, or defective, please contact Circle Baby Support by phone or email immediately. Please do not send back these items prior to contacting Circle Baby Support.
If you have received a damaged product that can be remedied with replacement parts and choose to return an item rather than accept replacement parts, you will be refunded the amount of your order less all return shipping charges. *Please note that restocking fees apply to some products. Items that incur restocking fees are noted on the product pages.
